Privacy Policy

RepThemes ("the app") is built to work entirely on your device. This policy explains what that means in practice.

What we collect

No account, and none of your training data. RepThemes doesn't create accounts or ask you to sign in, and it never sends your workouts, body measurements, or personal records to any server — all of that is stored locally on your device. The only information that leaves your device is purchase data, used solely to process and restore purchases, as described under "Purchases" below.

Data you choose to share

The app includes an optional feature to share a progress report with your own trainer. This works through your device's native share sheet (e.g. email or messaging apps you already have installed) — RepThemes does not operate a server that receives or stores this data. You control if, when, and to whom it's sent.

Backups

You can export a backup file of your data and save or share it yourself (for example, to your device's Downloads folder or your own cloud storage). RepThemes does not upload backups on your behalf.

Purchases

Optional theme packs and any subscription are bought through Google Play's billing system, so your actual payment details (card number and the like) are handled by Google Play and are never seen or stored by RepThemes.

To manage purchases and restore what you've bought across reinstalls or new devices, RepThemes uses RevenueCat, a third-party purchase-management service. RevenueCat receives purchase data — such as which product you bought, transaction identifiers, an anonymous app-generated user ID, and technical details like your device type and approximate country — in order to validate and restore your entitlements. It does not receive your name or payment card details. See RevenueCat's privacy policy for how they handle this information.

Third parties

RepThemes does not include advertising or third-party tracking or analytics SDKs. The only third-party service it uses is RevenueCat, for purchase and subscription management, as described under "Purchases" above.

Children's privacy

RepThemes is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The only data it processes is the purchase information described above, which is handled by Google Play and RevenueCat.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
